Learn about the safety of your art materials at 'On Artists' Health and Safety: an event with Monona Rossol'. A.I.R. Gallery and DAC present an opportunity to hear renowned industrial hygienist Monona Rossol discuss the hazards posed by art materials. In her talk, Rossol will provide comprehensive and objective information on the materials artists use every day, sharing an understanding of the associated risks as well as practical means to avoid them. Her lecture will be tailored to the needs of the artists in attendance, with a focus on the fields of painting, drawing, ceramics, sculpture, and photography.
