Dear Friends of SFWFF,
We're excited to ring in our 5th year of presenting the most innovative independent films from around the world. Film submissions for the annual San Francisco International Women's Film Festival (SFWFF), presented by the Women's Film Institute, closed on December 15 and we'll be announcing this year's line-up this month.
This year's film festival will be held at various locations around the Bay area April 1-5. In the meantime, there are a variety of ways to get involved in helping strengthen our efforts and bringing another premier event to the community.

Handmade jewelry to benefit SFWFF.
Purchase a one-of-a-kind necklace handmade by Scarlett, SFWFF's executive director. Proceeds from your purchase will go directly to supporting the festival and its educational programs.
"I handcrafted these pieces with polymer clay and each piece is unique - no two are alike. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them. The best part is that the proceeds from your purchase will go toward SFWFF 2009."

Donate an Item or Service to the SFWFF Auction.
SFWFF will host their online auction in March/April. All proceeds will go directly to fulfilling the festival's mission of offering free to low-cost screenings, events and educational programs to the community year-round.

SFWFF invites you to join us for our 80's Dance Party Fundraiser!
Like Totally! We Love the 80's! 80's attire a must or whatever you'd would like to rock! 111 Minna Gallery is donating their space to help raise funds to go toward the 5th Annual San Francisco Women's Film Festival.
Dance and mingle to totally tubular beats for a great cause!
